Vicolo is an Italian restaurant located in the Zimbali Wedge in Ballito. The project grew out of a relationship with the Rembrothers Group, which Strukt has worked with on several restaurants across the country.

The Rembrothers Group places an immense amount of focus on small details in order to create an immersive feeling in their spaces. This can be experienced in everything from the authentic Italian dishes they offer, to the coaster your coffee is placed on.
The materials we used further built on the experience, and our designs focussed on showcasing the consumable elements of the establishment, like the coffees and Italian imported deli meats and cheeses, which add to the authentic feel of the space.
